Treating Infertility in Women

Many women are becoming increasingly concerned with the use of fertility drugs before other options have been investigated and tried. News articles and reports over the past several years have linked the use of hormones to many adverse medical conditions. It is not uncommon for a woman to be prescribed treatment based on assumed infertility - the assumption being that if a woman doesn't conceive within a 12 month period she must be infertile. This is not always the case - in some instances women fail to achieve pregnancy simply because they plan intercourse at the wrong time. The Ovu-Trac® offers women a natural alternative for effectively identifying ovulation.

For those women who require the use of fertility drugs such as clomiphene citrate (Clomid) to ovulate, the Ovu-Trac® can be used simultaneously to help identify ovulation with accurate results.

NOTE: Women who use hormonal contraception in pill form, implants or needles will not get accurate results using the Ovu-Trac®.
